I went to the office on university Parkway.And went salem three different times and then ended up leaving before the doctor saw me or the dentist. The reason being in is that all 3 times the first time I've waited 45 minutes. Second time I was the first person supposedly after lunch and I waited for a good hour. Then today I waited for over an hour and a 1/2 to close to 2 hours. They have not got their stuff together, I would not recommend going there.

They canceled the appointment I scheduled online and then turned around and canceled the rescheduled appointment that they made me make bc I didnt answer the phone to confirm the rescheduled appointment while I was at work.. I showed up on time to the appointment and they turned me away saying they gave my appointment to someone else bc I didnt respond to their confirmation call the day before although I got a reminder text 2 hours ago … total waste of my time and a day off work.. they didnt try to work any thing out or anything. In reading previous reviews it sounds like this is a known issue here

I had a genuinely great experience with Aspen Dental. I was very overwhelmed going in, and they were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding from the start. They got me in quickly, took the time to thoroughly explain everything, went over all of my treatment options without pressure, and helped me find a realistic treatment and payment plan that works for my situation. The staff made me feel cared for instead of judged, which meant a lot. Dental visits can be stressful, but they made the whole process feel much more manageable. Very grateful for their professionalism, compassion, and willingness to work with patients. Highly recommend.

All of the team is wonderful from the time you walk in and see I believe it is Ashlin. The great schedulers and the x-ray team. Last time I was in the team member who made the adjustments to my partials very helpful & efficient. Your team is made up of good people like Kay and I’m so sorry (my bad) the other gal who did my first cleaning. Then we have the wonderful Dr. Johson. You have a ROCKIN Team. Charlotte Compton

Aspen Dental University Pwy WS,NC has impeccable customer service skills. All I encountered made me feel right at home (even with my nervous energy). I’ve decided to go back & I would definitely refer some to them. Just on customer service alone. I’ve yet to endure any treatments but I’ll keep you posted.
